Avolve is seeking a Software Trainer with the primary responsibility to facilitate and conduct end user training for the Avolve Software product line for customers across the US and Canada. Secondary responsibilities include assistance in the development of training materials and educational videos. Avolve is based in Scottsdale, AZ; however, the software trainer may reside in the Central or Eastern US with the ability to work remotely from a home office and travel to customer locations on an as needed basis.
Avolve is looking for a Project Manager / Implementation specialist to join its team, who will manage and deliver multi-faceted implementations with a focus on system upgrades and SaaS Migration service engagements at or above targeted level of profitability. Supervise and coordinate multiple functional, strategic, organizational development, and technical work streams. Increases customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and delivery of quality products and services.
