Below are descriptions of the tabs that are accessible within the ProjectFlow Administration screen.
The Workflow Definition tab allows a System Admin to create, edit, export, or version a workflow definition.
In this tab, a System Admin can create or edit the review configuration of a workflow at the definition level.
The Workflow Types Manager facilitates a hierarchal view of workflow types, workflow subtypes (permit types), checklist and review status. In this tab, you can edit, create, or delete any of these items.
The Formlets Manager screen enables a System Admin to edit custom formlets.
Within this tab, checklist items created for use in the eForm can be imported, created, edited or deleted. To create a new one, click on the Add New Checklist Item button. To edit or delete a particular checklist item, click the pencil icon. A dialog will appear.
Permitting integrations require a set of configuration values stored globally so that formlets and custom code activities can both access them. This dialog functions the same as Admin, Email Template Manager allowing the user performing the configurations management via the browser.
