Starting a New Application Request

To begin a new application request:

1. Choose an application Request Type:* from the dropdown list.

2. Name the application request. The Request Name:* will become the description of the project once created in ProjectDox (ex: Office Renovation).

3. Click the  button.

4. The request number is generated and creates a record in the OAS database.
