The Scheduled Task Manager Admin screen enables a System Administrator to view the tasks in the SQL database. Within this screen, you will find different dropdown menus to filter the results in the table below.
Task Name – Allows you to limit the results seen by the type of task you are looking for. Tasks will show up automatically on this list once they are initiated throughout ProjectDox.
Status – Allows you to choose to display tasks that are completed or not completed.
Date Type – Sort the list by the date it was started, completed, or failed.
Start Date – Allows you to view the list by the desired start date. Once a date has been entered, select the red X to choose a different one.
End Date – View the list by the date tasks were finished, with the date of your choice. Once a date has been entered, select the red X to choose a different one.
You can choose to sort by all columns available in the table, by ascending or descending order. You can also use the Delete button located to the right of each task to delete the selected entry from the database table.
If you do not see a completion date for
a task within a reasonable amount of time, review the Debug.txt file
in the ProjectDox Utility Service for errors.
