Administrators can define required user information fields contained in the Profile settings screen. The Profile screen appears the first time a user logs into the ProjectDox system, and whenever the System Administrator has reset the user’s password, or when new fields have been designated as required. Fields marked with an asterisk are required, and must be completed to exit the screen. When the OAS module is included, required user info, login, and forget password are managed differently.
