Manage Reports

 The Manage Reports page allows an overall admin to create and run ProjectDox reports from OAS.

Reports are editable by selecting the edit icon , or adding a new report type by clicking  and filling out the necessary information:

Name (required): Enter a detailed report name.

Description: Enter a description of the report.

Report Path (required): This is specific to the multitenant Reporting SQL server or the customer Reporting SQL server.

Public (checkbox): Select this box if the report is to be public.

Report Type (select list): Select what type of report is being created.

Jurisdiction(s): Select the jurisdiction that the report will be created for. Only active jurisdictions can be selected to have rights to the report.

The OAS database contains an event type table, LogReports, for auditing. The following actions are recorded in this table and are an excellent source for custom reporting.
