The Manage Content Blocks page allows an Administrator to edit content blocks, such as Terms and Conditions or any of the help buttons.

Content is editable by selecting the Edit icon. For some content blocks, you cannot edit the Content String ID due to being a part of the core framework, but the Title field and the text are editable. A new content block can be added by clicking  and filling out the necessary information:

Use extreme caution when creating content and editing style as changes could break the design, especially in relation to changing font sizes.

The Content Block is configured per jurisdiction. This means that if the jurisdiction is in a multi-tenant environment, each jurisdiction has their own text configuration for the same content block ID.

Content String ID (required): This is a unique name of the content block, used by developers.

Title (required): This is the user friendly name for the content block.

Text Editor: This tool allows users to apply some limited style to content. Text is also editable using simple HTML by clicking   in the bottom left corner of the text editor box. However, it is recommended to use the style tools provided in the content editor block, as there is a known issue that the content will not display in the content string if embedded styles are in the HTML.

To sort columns by ascending or descending order, click on the column heading. You can also filter and search individual columns by clicking the Filter icon and selecting a filter setting from the dropdown, then typing in the search box next to the icon.
