All required fields are indicated with a (*). When all required fields are populated for each section, the section status will change from INCOMPLETE to COMPLETE.
Fill out the form in its entirety. Pay close attention to the following options:
A radio checkbox at the top of a section allows information to be auto populated. A message will display next to the radio box letting the user know what information will be populated. In some cases, the user information that has been provided in their profile will be used to auto populate fields to avoid having to re-enter them again. The information may also come from the previous step. For example, the contractor and architect may be the same person, so this radio checkbox can be added to indicate that.
The user can assign secondary selections to a primary selection. There are radio buttons built into the system that are show/hide. When the user selects a primary radio button, secondary buttons will display. For example, the user may select the primary radio button labeled Commercial and the following secondary selections will display: Retail, Manufacturing, Industrial, etc.
The system can associate a radio box with a dropdown in the show/hide feature. For example, if the user selects the Medical radio box, a dropdown box will display with the Medical Types for selection.
