Home | Deleting a Form
To delete a form, you must remove all links to it in the application types. An existing application tied to a form will prevent a deletion of that form.
1. Navigate to the Manage Application Forms page.
2. Locate the form to delete in the forms list.
3. Click
the 
button next to the form.
The form name will display in the Form
Name*
field.
4. Click the Delete button next to the Form Type* field.
5. Click
to delete the form or 
to return
to the Manage Application Forms page.
