Creating an Amendment

Some customers use amendments. Amendments are referred to as change requests, addendums or revisions to a current or existing workflow. To begin a new amendment request:

  1. Choose an amendment Request Type:* from the dropdown list.

  2. Name the amendment request. The Request Name:* will become the description of the project once created in ProjectDox (ex: Office Renovation).

  3. Click the  button. The project amendment screen displays.

  1. Start typing a project name to link the amendment to and the field will auto populate.

  1. Select the project and click the  button. The application will display and can be populated.

  1. Once the amendment is submitted, it will create a supplemental folder in ProjectDox.
