Copying an Existing Form

1.   Navigate to the Manage Application Forms page.

2.   Create a new form.

3.   Locate the existing form to copy in the forms list.

4.   Click the  button next to the form. The form name will display in the Form Name* field.

5.   Click the FormsBuilder radio button next to the Form Type* field.

6.   Click the Show/Hide Form Code link. The selected form’s code will display.

7.   Highlight the code that you would like to copy.

8.   Right click the highlighted code. A selection menu will display.

9.   Select Copy.

10.  Located the newly built form you want to copy the existing one to.

11.  Click the  button next to the form. The form name will display in the Form Name* field.

12.  Click the FormsBuilder radio button next to the Form Type* field.

13.  Click the Show/Hide Form Code link. A blank dialog box will display.

14 Right click in the blank dialog box. A selection menu will display.

15.  Select Paste. The existing code will display in the dialog box.

 You may want to save your code outside of FormsBuilder in the event it is lost.

16.  Click the  button to save the form.

 Fields on the new form can be customized by editing an existing form.
