The Application Lookup page allows administrators to access a read-only version of completed applications. This page is applicable when a jurisdiction has no permitting system to access applications after they are finished.
To access the applications:
Type in the application request number.
Enter at least two characters for auto select to generate a list of available applications.
Choose the application you would like to view.
Select the Show Application Form button.
A separate tab will open with the read-only form, no editing can be done here. The application will display accordion style, with the ability to expand and collapse each section.
