Project Administrator Screens

Once a project is created, you will need to invite users, assign privileges, and create the folders for the project (except in cases where a Project Template was used that already had this information specified).  To access the Project Administrator screens for an existing project, click the Edit Project   next to the desired project in the Active Projects list.  The Project Administrator screens are also accessible from within the project by clicking the Edit button. The Project Administrator screens are used to view and modify project properties and objects.

To access the Project Administrator screens for an existing project:

  1. Click the Projects tab, then choose the Edit button  next to the project to edit.

  1.  The project will display a tab corresponding to whatever workflow is being used within that project (ProjectFlow or ProjectDox Workflow).

At any time, you can click the Return to Project button to view the project folders and information. This is the same as clicking the project’s name in the Active Projects List when logging in.
