The Web Service Test tool allows administrators to test creation of projects from the Create Project tab or the Permit Example tab. The permit tab mimics the call to the ProjectDoxOwnerUserBatch web service used in conjunction with the project creator service. This option does not appear if a security token is not present in the Security Token setting of the Admin Configuration page (Security tab).
