System Administrators can send system-wide email to all active users in the site.
System-wide email would be used in circumstances where you would want to alert the entire ProjectDox community of events, such as scheduled system maintenance, or broadcast tips and tricks.
Select System-Wide Email from the Admin dropdown list.
Type a subject in the subject line and then type or paste the email content into the text field below. It is best practice to type the message into an editor for spell check and edits prior to sending it out to mass recipients.
The panel on the right contains a highlighted list of all users that have logged into ProjectDox. If you make no changes, your email will be sent to all users. You can select/deselect users by holding down the <Ctrl> key to select individual users, or by holding down the <Shift> key to select a range of users.
Click Send. An email message will be sent to all members highlighted on the right panel.
