When viewing the file list (thumbnails) for a folder, you can quickly sort the order of files by criteria offered in the Current Sort drop down list.
From the dropdown, you can select to sort the list by:
File name – ascending (default) or descending
Uploaded by – ascending or descending
Date uploaded – Oldest First or Newest First
Unpublished First
Custom

Once you leave a folder, the order will revert
to the default order set by the administrator.
