Administrators can use this screen to create new or modify existing stamp templates. These stamps are available to users with Stamp permissions for use as stamp markups or for performing Batch Stamping.
It is recommended that you edit the stamp template via the UI rather than coding. The latter option is for those who are comfortable with coding. One of the advantages of the UI is the ability to copy a stamp template by copying the XML from one server to another, i.e. from your test server to production.
1. Select the template name from the dropdown.
2. Click Show/Hide XML in the Stamp File Contents area to edit the XML-formatted contents that are provided in the dialog. You can add any additional ProjectDox-specific tokens to the stamp listed in the Dynamic Stamp Tokens table.
3. Click Save Template.
1. Click the Add New button.
2. Type in a unique stamp template name.
3. Optionally, you may edit the XML contents field. You can copy and paste content from an existing stamp and edit the XML by just changing the colors, size, tokens used, etc. - or you can write the XML content from scratch.
4. Click Save Template.
