System level reports can be executed from the All Reports button (requires Reports permission) or from the Admin > Reports page by a System Administrator. Only a System Administrator may run reports categorized as “Administrative” in the Admin > Reports area. There is a set of system level reports to choose from; the viewing features are the same as for Project Reports.
The system administrator has access to all reports available on the site. Each type of report can be accessed from the Admin > Reports page. This includes Project, Workflow, Administrative and Site-Wide reports
To view reports from Admin Reports:
Click the Admin button.
Select Reports from the dropdown menu.
On the Administrative
Reports tab, click on the 
icon of the
report that you want to run and it will open in a separate window.
To view reports from the Site-Wide Reports button:
1. Navigate to the Site-Wide Reports button in the upper right of any main ProjectDox screen. This button is only accessible to users with Reports permission.
2. Click
on the 
icon
of a report to run it.
