We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Solutions Consultant Manager to lead our team of Solution Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the value and capabilities of software solutions.

This is a remote, full-time position open to candidates based in the United States. The Solutions Consultant Manager will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development support.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features, functionality, and benefits of our technology.
  • Articulate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work closely with customers during the evaluation and pre-sales stages to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle, addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Assist with technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution design as needed.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our software products and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to customers.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related field experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Deep understanding of technical sales processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other relevant software tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, onsite presentations and events.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and translate them into customer benefits.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
