What we’re looking for

The Avolve marketing team is looking for a marketing specialist to focus on account-based marketing. Tasked with gathering insights for personalized campaigns for specific accounts, the marketing specialist will work to nurture accounts to build relevance. The specialist will align activity to the goals as set by the marketing manager who oversees all lead generation activity. The specialist will be a tenacious person, able to multi-task across various accounts and campaigns, building close relationships and has an eye for detail.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional looking to build lead generation experience. Avolve is a high growth company with staff across North America and Europe, so our ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with others, collaborating with a team, and working independently.

This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in North America. The Marketing Specialist will report to the Chief Marketing Officer to begin with.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage marketing to identified accounts
  • In-depth research, data analysis and information gathering
  • Create analysis of account and identify key contacts
  • Create personalized account-based multi-channel campaigns, from video and emails, to landing pages – create unique account-based journeys
  • Own and report on account-based pipeline data, feeding it into the marketing manager’s dashboard

Your qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant demand generation professional marketing experience
  • Account-based marketing experience, preferably B2B
  • Track record of collaborating with other team members as well as autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with requirement to write copy and use email creation tools
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Experience in managing data and marketing analytics
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation and project planning software
